For 8" zip tan I bought this to get something out of spring and summer (hopefully 3 seasons of daily outdoor work) - I usually get less than 1 year in my shoes avg 5 miles a day In 2 weeks they fit well and have good ankle support Has kept my ankle from rolling several times I walk 5-8 miles a day on grass, sidewalks, sidewalks, cobblestones They aren't waterproof but I wasn't expecting that either.The laces pull and keep the foot and ankle secure.I usually wear 10.5-11.45 euros,I'm a size 11 so I can wear orthotics.Some complain wondering about the insole, i mostly carry my insoles and orthotics from boot to boot at that price right?
