Poorly packaged and NOT real glass

Well first it was shipped in the box itself with the frame not in a separate packaging and when I took the box off the doorstep the frames fell out, because they weren't packed properly. If they were real glass they would shatter, but it's made out of a weird, flexible, transparent plastic. Other than that I've tried them and they look like the real deal on my wall. In a busy household, it may well not be glass. I know if he falls he won't break. I would not recommend this as a gift or as a quality frame but for my use it works.
