Review on Restcomm by Christian Young

I like how easy it is for me as an admin user,to manage all my contacts within one system rather than multiple systems such as Twilio or RingCentral etcetc.. The UI could be more intuitive but that's just personal preference! My main issue was not being able to find some of our contact details in their search function - so we had no way other then manually adding them which took time!! We needed something quick & simple where customers can get hold of us easily without having too much hassle getting through various different channels (phone calls/texts).
