I wanted to love this bag, I really did. Like most people, when I buy something I look at all the reviews and look for the highest quality product and something that I can use for a long time. My first impression was how cute it is! It was more brilliant than I expected but I was excited nonetheless. It was a little smaller than I expected but it was ok. It still fits my tablet, small laptop, etc. However, when I opened it up, I saw that all the zippers were screwed down. Outer pocket with zip. Inside pocket with zip. And the main zipper itself is poorly made for everyone. Save your $20.
