The hat fits perfectly - it doesn't pinch and doesn't get lost when running or blown away by the wind. The brim size is exactly what I wanted to provide more coverage than regular baseball caps without sacrificing vision. I gave this one 4 stars not 5 because the fabric is a coarse woven canvas and I would have liked a finer fabric and/or a softer fabric and also the colors are dull and not particularly flattering. (Why not blue, green, yellow, grey, etc.?) The color of the tan is warm (with yellow undertones) beige, not the preferred "cool" beige, but it's at least functional for sun protection.
