This is the first soy based protein powder I've tried and I'm impressed. This is a great protein blend. You'll need two scoops with a mug of water, milk, or something similar if you're mixing a regular 12-ounce mug with a spoon. This is a very fine powder that works best if you first add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the liquid and mix it into a paste. It seems to help prevent lumps from forming. Then add the rest. This protein powder is the tastiest I've had in a long time. It mixes to a fairly creamy consistency. The taste is not strong, there is no aftertaste. It tastes a bit like condensed milk with a hint of vanilla. It has a pleasant, natural taste. If you're tired of the bitter aftertaste you get from high levels of whey and pea proteins, this powder is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend it. It's really tasty even if you just mix it with water.
