I was skeptical about the strength of the product when I ordered it and was particularly suspicious of the claim that they can be stacked. I'm happy to say I didn't have to worry. The bins were reliably strong once assembled (which isn't difficult) and strong enough to be stacked, although I would limit stacking to two boxes as more would put a lot of pressure on the bottom drawer, especially when both are full. . In general I am very happy with them. They look good and do a great job of storing my notes.
