When I first received this I was pleasantly surprised . Disadvantages.1. The sleeves are about 2 inches short even for a short person (I'm 5ft 6in). 2. The pockets are incredibly small and are tucked in (why?) so they don't even fit in a cage. the phone is there.3 The hood is uncomfortable to pull up and then hides everything because it is too flexible.4 The length is great but the long zipper gets caught in 5 places so a nightmare to get on and off.5 Falls a little small from.6. The armholes are narrower than they should be, I don't think the manufacturer knows how to sew a coat.
