My job requires a uniform. I tried on 2 sizes bigger than I wear turned out to be too tight. So I had to go another size bigger, the pants wouldn't stay up. Bought this and cut to fit. Nice belt and keeps pants from falling down. If I cough(forceful pressure), it can loosen, but as it's a ratchet(and only loosens 1/2 a size, easy to fix. Not great but good for $.
