The idea is good, but the problem is the crane.

This item arrived broken. The hose wasn't connected and we couldn't get it to work. Since the new block could not be delivered on time, I agreed to a discount and ordered a new nozzle. The NEW Carlisle faucet didn't work either! My husband had to unroll it and Jimmy had to set it up. 😤 For so much money you would think they are doing the crane right!?!
