I am incredibly dissatisfied with my experience purchasing this Mama Natural teether. First, it took 10 days to get it, which is an eternity when your baby is teething. When it finally arrived it was the wrong color! I specifically ordered a shade that I have read has the most effective teething results and is NOT the shade that I received. Revain told me it would take an additional 5 days to receive the corrected item and I would have to return the wrong item. I feel like it was too much work for a busy mum so they were kind enough to just refund me and let me keep the wrong item. I'm disappointed that the whole experience was difficult from the start.
