Really 3 1/2 stars but I was pleasantly surprised to round up rather than down. At first I thought they were loose and would just fall out, but they are actually the most comfortable and best-fitting headphones I've ever had. I wore them around the house, jostled on public transport, and ran through the central streets. There are no issues with falling out (this is a first for me - I have small ears and finding suitable headphones is difficult). The sound clarity is very good. I've used them with my Android phone, iPad and Windows laptop. No issues, quick and easy connection, and they're especially good for Zoom conferencing - the mic works great! These are now the only headphones I will be using with my language learning app on my phone as the microphone on the headphones picks up my voice very well. The only problem I have - and it's a big problem for me - is that if I touch them in a certain way to set them, they will skip forward or backward a track. I downloaded the app and changed the controls to L=play/pause R=volume but there was no way to stop the track changing. At first I thought it would be a deal breaker as I listen to a lot of audio books and suddenly skipping a track is very annoying, but because they hold up so well I almost never have to touch them. So I think I can live with that. If I could figure out how to fix this problem they would definitely get 4 1/2 stars. I will most likely buy another pair so I can have one at home and the other in my backpack.
