I've seen all the reviews (of this and other versions of the chair) but none mentioned how far off the ground this chair was We have a different baby chair and it is too high for my daughters to sit in unaided. I wanted something that she would use herself. BINGO. The seat itself is at knee height 7" off the floor. And she LOVES it. I'm sure that everything will be fine even if she is a little bigger but now everything is perfect even at her size (high 17 months) I highly recommend it! I regret a bit now that I bought another set huh for them was probably premature.I'm seriously considering adding the table that comes with this one and removing the other set for a while.
