The flashlights ended up being very disappointing. They were very bright while they lasted, they were charged once, lasted half as long as the original charge, and now they're both dead as a doornail. I don't know anything about their customer service as I didn't even try to contact them. I needed them, I bought them and the company failed. I've had very few things that have let me down like this. I didn't have to hunt for a box, find an address and pay to return these faulty flashlights so I just cut my losses, threw them away and ordered a product that I trust and know to be a quality product.
