The best $10 you could spend on a tutu

I got my daughter for Halloween last year. She ended up wearing it all the time. We paired it with a cute school photo blouse and another Christmas card top, and she literally wears it at least once a week just for fun. It's been 10 months and so far he's got some cracks from the play equipment. We paid $9 for this item and she gets compliments on it all the time. I will be getting it in more colors in the next size up because it is amazing.
