Stop buying cheap rubber. I read the reviews on it and was a bit skeptical about the pad but it's good quality and thick! Manifold fits right in and with this setup I'm not worried about leaks and it's a lot easier for me to remove the carburetor without struggling with the rubber on the manifold, in 5 minutes you're rid of the carburetor. In addition, the dimensions are correct, they fit perfectly on the factory airbox, and the inner diameter is perfect for the head and carburetor.
