I don't think I've ever had that much respect for a company like this. I brought this because it appeared to be the same size as Oculus' official connection cable, but discounted. But I think it's much more! I've had this patch cord for a month now and nothing happened at all while the game was in motion. However, one day my little brother unplugged the USB-C and I was very worried because I wasn't sure if it would work when I tried to fix it. Not only did it work exactly the same, I contacted customer service and signed up for the LIFETIME guarantee that comes with the package. You just need to save your Amazon code number. They got me a new one within a week and I'm sure I'll never have to worry about a patch cord again! I also want to mention that as long as I turned my Oculus off properly, I never had to charge the headset. The initial charge with the cable lasted a long time during the game. The honesty of this company and its services makes it more convenient to buy elsewhere.
