Bought this for my partner, he is on the road, hiking, cycling to work etc. Thought it would be nice not having cables. There are several available and this was the cheapest. If you look at different photos, they all look pretty much the same. It didn't work when he was on his bike. The connection didn't last, coming and going as he pedaled. Support was quick and friendly and offered a replacement to avoid a refund. It did the same BUT I gave it to another friend, she wore it for gardening, garages etc and she says it works fine. So I think as long as the connection from the hat to your bluetooth device is stable it should work fine.
