I bought this product because I was tired of waking up with a stiff neck and even stiffer jaw. I stubbornly sleep on my side and have purchased other items before, but finally made my decision and spent my hard-earned money on this item. And I couldn't be happier! I'm 5ft tall so I did a great job with this travel pillow. Keep these sizes in mind, there are 2 different sizes for different body heights as well as the corresponding travel sizes. For verification: I initially found the article pretty dense, but that may be because I'm new to memory foam. In fact, I threw the entire pillow and its cover into a standard sized pillowcase to keep it clean. I went to bed and immediately understood how it works. Density is the key. My shoulder has room to rest without crawling on my head, but at the same time my head has a breather and doesn't press on my face. And my neck is at the perfect height allowing my jaw to relax with perfect support thanks to that lip on the edge. I hardly moved all night, I was so comfortable. I woke up with absolutely no stiffness in my neck, no wrinkles on my face, my jaw was pain free and I felt great! I don't care how much that thing costs now. I hope they never stop making it because I take it everywhere!
