I like how easy it was for me, as an individual with no technical background or skills in software development at all really (I'm very new), just get into this program by myself from my desktop computer without any help whatsoever! It's so user friendly i didn't even realize there were other people involved until much later after signing up when they started contacting you about doing things together etc., which honestly wasn’t necessary but maybe could have been better advertised sooner? Also their customer service isn‘ t good because of lacklustre support staff - sometimes answers come out rather coldly/harsh-sounding compared what your question might actually be asking them anyway if we're being totally honest here haha :).

The product itself has made managing domains more accessible than ever before thanks mainly due some pretty decent automation features such as email.
