I love this induction cooker I use it every day 3 times a day instead of a stove. What I really like is that it's low enough to cook food without burning it. It goes down to 140 degrees. However, this burner actually has a different setting for setting power than temperature. My husband said that the power at 300 watts is less than the temperature of 140°. It's really nice to fly with. We've had one from Revain for a long time, the only thing I didn't like about it was that you couldn't simmer it. One thing I don't like about it, and others complain about it, is the fact that you can't turn it off completely. It goes into standby mode and the indicator flashes. However, if you press the power button while it's in standby, it's ready to go, but won't do anything until you press the function button, which should select power or temperature. However, if it doesn't have a pan on it, it won't get hot, so that's not a problem. The buttons are very easy to press, so anyone with arthritis in their fingers will have no trouble. Glass surfaces are very smooth and easy to clean. I recommend this induction hob.
