reviews are true BUT most can be ignored (from what I've read) Works well, looks good, flavors are great Oddly hard to reset with new canisters. So, use it and it will reset somehow. I still don't know how to do it, but a few button presses and fiddling resets it. Forget the instructions, it's easy to use if you don't need a complicated product. I have set my job to 24 hours. The warranty policy is AMAZING! Light. 1 call and all was said and done. Buying my second (technically third) as I haven't found a better product at this price point yet.
