Review on Malartu by Steve French

The best part about malar tu is that it provides all of our required information in one place at once with ease! It also has many different ways you can customize your reports which makes them more user friendly as well. I like how easy this program is to use because we don't have too much experience using spreadsheets or databases so everything was pretty new. Sometimes when i try doing something within malar tu my computer freezes up but thats just me being an idiot haha. Having access to multiple sources of info at once allows us to be able to see where there strengths are if any. This helps determine what areas need improvement and then go into those specific aspects to make sure they get fixed. We were previously only seeing half of a picture by looking through 1 source of info alone. Now we're getting a complete view of each subject matter area allowing us to take full advantage of its capabilities and help plan accordingly.
