I recently had Invisalign and absolutely refuse to give up my cold beer and soda habit. I want to improve my teeth, not get rid of my caffeine addiction. So I drink both through a straw, which begins to soil trays as the day progresses. I run this thing morning and night with a fixative tablet and it works wonders. I've been using my trays for two weeks now - about to switch to a new set - and they're basically at least 95% clean after use which also saves me the hassle of tidying up. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with the caffeine problem. 4 stars instead of 5 because it sucks that the tank is not removable. Update: I've switched to a 50/50 mix of hydrogen peroxide and water and prefer this Retainerbrite tablet.
