I bought these because I needed more bowls but I have very little space in my closet. The glass bowls I have take up a lot of space, and these stackable bowls take up almost no space. I have 9 bowls that only fit in 2 glass bowls. They are very easy to clean and I put them on the top shelf in the dishwasher. I haven't tried it in the microwave yet. They are also perfect for cereal and ice cream. The only thing I don't like about them is that when they're wet and stacked in the sink, they're hard to take apart. It seems like twisting them helps, but not always. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend these bowls.
