I used to buy 4 Symphonized headphones. First I got my iPhone 6 and then I updated my iPhone Max. I also wrote a previous review here saying I would never buy from any other company as I really liked the quality of the headphones. they"complete garbage"! How can a company offer such a great product and such a lousy product at the same time? This pair only helps 9 weeks before the right side broke and I could only hear the left side. Now the left side is sporadic and I finally can't use it anymore! This particular pair cost $16+ instead of the previous $26-$34 per pair, but should the quality of the product suffer that much? I would have been better off buying it $1,- Headphones Dollar Tree. That's really a pity. Now I have to restart my research to find a company that prides itself on selling high quality and durable/long lasting headphones/buds.
