For the most part it worked as intended. Filled without any problems from the first batch. 2nd and 3rd had some broken balloons which was disappointing. But that wasn't the main problem. The main problem was that the balls did not burst! Only about 3 out of 100 balloons pop when they hit someone. Instead, he just hit her and immediately bounced back. (oops) When we threw really hard, he bounced too. (Let's talk pain!) We got creative and made the most of these balloons. They were still happy. But not as fun as we had hoped. They weren't designed to get you wet, which is what most people were hoping, including us. If you want balloons that burst on impact, don't buy them. Instead, they will just hit you and leave you with bruises.
