The photos show a fabric tie, the same fabric as the dress. Other photos show a belt which I knew didn't match the dress, there was no exact photo showing the exact waist. This is a ruched elastic band, not a belt, belt or tie. This fit is also odd, I feel like my daughter is the right size and the length fits just like the model, but the waist feels like it's resting on her hips and just looks sloppy. I will buy a skinny belt to try and raise my waist but for $20 I am disappointed. Unsurprisingly, model photos are deceptive and show the belt, because without it it looks cheap and sloppy. For this price there are much nicer dresses with a better fit.
