We have an Epson WF-3540 and when we first bought these cartridges they worked perfectly. The problems only started after we used about half of one of the cartridges. The printer started making errors because it did not recognize the cartridge and that it was not an approved Epson ink cartridge. At first we were able to bypass this message by turning the printer off and on again, but now there's nothing we can do. So half of the cartridges are wasted and thus no money was saved to buy generics.
