I bought my daughter an iPhone 11 for her birthday in April, it originally came with a glossy casemate case and it seemed quality and durable to me. She decided she needed a neon colored casemate and since the shimmery case seemed durable I let her buy the neon pink case. After just a week of use, the neon case slipped from her hands and fell less than 3 feet into the cement, and her new phone shattered. So disappointed with this case. I've been using Otter clear cases for years, have dropped my iPhone XR many times and never had a crack. I am disappointed that my daughter wore this case for a week and the phone for only a month and this case did not protect her from a minor fall. It's a cute case, but useless when it comes to protecting your phone from falls. Now we have to pay for a screen replacement and we're back in the otter box.
