Card works as advertised, good price and exactly what you see, nice little card. My only complaint is that the software is fiddly and it took a few minutes to set it up properly (almost no explanation of what it is or how to set it up properly, and if you don't have a floppy drive you have to go to a weird website in Amazon descriptions for downloading drivers and .rar file, so prepare winrar!), for some reason the speakers are placed upside down, the program shows where the left and right speakers should be, but when playing sound Is it the other way around, I just swapped cables. the back of my amp, which is good but weird. Still, I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to shell out $40-$60 for one. Note, however, that you may need to play around with it a bit. generally works and plays 5.1! I found out that Chrome and Firefox don't support 5.1 or 4k video so if you test it use Microsoft Edge.sigh. or download the thx video and sounds to try it out. really hate us edge :'( just a friendly tech guy looking for advice to anyone who might not know some of these things.
