Narrow head but decent

These toothbrushes are decent enough for my 2 and 4 year old boys. But the head is VERY narrow, I was hoping for something wider. It seems to be holding up well, I didn't notice the bristles. I love that they are recycled and made in the USA which is why I bought them at first but definitely wish they were cheaper.
