is so little!

While I was pleased with the quality of this beret, it runs small. We had to send it back as my 7 year old daughter couldn't even put it upside down. For reference, my 4 year old also felt a little tight. Both of my girls are quite petite, with small to medium head sizes. My 7 year old still fits into baby hats most of the time!
