I am a woman with PCOS. This is an endocrine disorder that causes facial hair in some people. In short, I have to shave my face. I have very sensitive skin. This shaver is amazing. I wouldn't say this isn't a tug, but it is very small. It does not hurt. I have to shave every day. Daily. And it will be such a big help. My face is really smooth, no stubble. So that's huge in terms of self-esteem. My only criticism is that I mistook it for a head shaver plus two extras. It's not like this. Just two heads. So it seems less valuable. But overall I'm satisfied. My misunderstanding is not your problem. I just want to help others avoid the same disappointment. I love this shaver. The best purchase I've made in a long time.
