MODIFIED: 11/27/2019 I recently had the opportunity to contact customer service with an issue regarding a different color I received (although I was told the wrong color was sent , but I was wrong) Hi Nicolas who went with me and was very kind and friendly in solving the problem and wanting to make sure everything was perfect. First class customer service, I tell you both the product and the service, what more do you want? Costou is my regular customer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.!---------------------------------------------- --- These are my first headphones. I have always used the LG HBS-750. I bought 2 sets. I'm a bassist, so I like some deep, clean* bass hits. The first time I tried it with the standard headphones I wasn't impressed, the audio sounded like 64kbps media quality. After trying all 7 different headphones and fitting them to my ears, they sounded fantastic. Headphones sound great when you choose the right headphones! On a windows 10 laptop I plugged them in and went into the windows sound settings and saw bass boost, virtualization boost and one more thing I can't remember and with those settings ticked on E12 it sounded even better when watching movies. I love wireless charging and USB-C as pretty much all of my gear at home is wireless. I RECOMMEND them to anyone on a budget under $100. At first I was going to go with the Creative Outlier Gold but after looking around I found that they suit me and are recommended by my friends.
