Wasn't sure what to expect as it was a lot less than the big brands but the machine works great and does exactly what it's supposed to do. For me it melts the wax to the perfect temperature - not too hot and not too cold - more like warm. I don't leave it on all day so can't tell how hot or cold it is if kept warm all day. But it definitely does exactly what I need and I'm completely satisfied, especially considering the price. The only downside was that the wax balls that came with it didn't work for me, but that wasn't a deal breaker as I use a well-known brand with great scents. Therefore highly recommended! I doubt you will be disappointed, especially when you see how much money you saved!
