Sturdy, serves its purpose.
Sturdy, does the job. However, it has some design quirks. If you're trying to find studs in a wall, you're limited in how you can attach them. They only have about 3 inches of free play while the cleats are typically 16 inches apart. 8 inches of clearance seems more appropriate. Otherwise it's great for a $10 mount.
