It's dripping all over the counter!
We really like the tiered design of this dish drying rack as it offers plenty of vertical space for drying dishes with limited counter space. we use it. The drain has a rubber plug in the center of the lower bowl which must be removed to allow water to drain into the telescoping 'chute' under the counter. However, the water does not run into the sink via the drain, but drips directly onto the work surface under the dish rack. At first I thought we might have assembled it incorrectly or that maybe our counter wasn't level, but that doesn't seem to be the case. We were hoping for this product but it was a real disappointment.
