I am a 5ft 11in male, weigh 165 pounds and have a 32-33 waist. I bought this shirt a medium size and it fit like a size XL (except for the neckline, which was larger). I noticed that the cut is not designed for an athletic physique, but rather for the "father's body". I wanted this shirt to be sporty so I took a chance and ordered it in xsmall. Fits perfectly. The neck is tight but I'm planning on without a tie and under a vest. (looks great even without a vest) My chest is a little over 43.” I will buy other colors.
