Once you take your weight off your back, it returns to full incline. Once you let go of the position, he'll let you rock back and forth until the cows come home. I think that's a big disadvantage, to be honest. I don't want to sit in the chair, lean back a little and pull the lever to lock it, and then hold that position to keep the locked position.
