Very poor quality control.
The first device to be delivered without USB/power supply components. The replacement came with every build step that required pre-drilled holes or holes larger than an inch! Like someone was at the factory trying to make it to the end of their shift. Either way, as long as you get one that's built right, it's not terrible to look at. Definitely not massive.
