The back leg extends quite far so it can't be placed very close to the wall. This may surprise some (it was for me) as it is not obvious in the photos. The white background is basically a thin flannel blanket, it's very wrinkled and the texture is visible in the images unless you shoot at full aperture. Maybe putting it in the dryer with a wet towel will solve the problem, but I returned the item so I didn't try it. The thinness of the (white) background is a problem when there is light coming from behind, as the frame shows through. I don't know if there's a better option for the price, but I didn't like it enough to keep it to myself.
