Medium Comfort - Furniture

I have had this chair for about six months. I bought it at a significant discount and I'm glad I did because it's definitely not a $600 chair at today's price. The good thing about chairs is that they have many adjustable features like armrests, height, etc. The bad side of the chair is that the seat is too hard and if like me you sit on it many hours a day. after a while the priest literally goes deaf (happened to me). Another problem with the seat cushion is that it is so hard that your leg bones start to hurt around the edge of the seat. This is because the seat is very hard and gravity pulls your foot into that hard chair. Another complaint I have is that there is very little or no lumbar support. There is no lumbar adjustment. So if you have lower back issues like me, this chair may not be for you. I'm pretty hard on the chair now, but if you use it intermittently throughout the day, this could be a great chair. The problems I am having are the result of working in an office and require me to be at my desk more than 8 hours a day. A small downside is that the wheels get stuck in the carpet and don't roll. I received a carpet floor mat and it broke. When a chair has been in one place for a while, it is very difficult to turn it over. A good quality chair can be very expensive - over $1,000. Since I don't have that much money to sit around in a chair, I bought a nice seat cushion (don't skimp on that one) and some xl rolls. I also have leg pillows to elevate my legs and prevent leg pain on the edge of the chair. With additions, the chair is tolerable, but in the future I plan to buy a higher-end chair so I can use it where it's intended.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Can be damaged
