Review on 🌱 Sprout Change Coconut Diaper Shell: Reversible and Reusable, Perfect for Eco-conscious Parents by Heather Wood

I loved - LOVED - these shells! They were the only ones I bought and for a while I was happy. These were the only diapers I could use to hide my daughter's diapers. Mixed up. The only problem was they wouldn't fit her at 40 pounds; it was 15 pounds, and on the penultimate elastic leg hole on several shells, other shells of the same brand had it on a different leg hole. Hardly any quality control. I've read that the manufacturer's customer service was abysmal, but I messaged them about the problem and got a quick reply - send in and they'll fix it. Hooray! So I sent her. More than 2 weeks have passed; I called and emailed them 4 times to ask where my clams were and got no response. I spent 30% of the purchase price of these shells to fix and temporarily replace them and now I've run out of disposables and had to buy another brand of shells because I don't know when, if ever, I'll get them back. It was a lot of extra money that I didn't expect to spend when I bought them. Very, very, very disappointed. $200 gone.
