My favorite part about my experience with ALLSTATE IDENTITY PROTECTION was that they were always available for me via phone or email whenever I had any questions! They're very knowledgeable in their field, which helped speed up our process when it came time to get insurance through them. There are some things I wish could have been done better such as having an easier way to send files between myself and customer service representatives. The one thing I dislike is that sometimes I would call customer service directly only for someone else to answer instead (which caused confusion). This really isn't much of anything but if you live near an office please try this out because you will be happy you did once you see how easy it makes life! It has allowed us to save money by not paying for extra items we didn't need like annual fees and other hidden costs. Our overall goal is to keep everything secure for ourselves and future generations.
