They are brighter than factory bulbs and give off a nice warm glow. They fit just like factory lightbulbs. I chose amber for my work truck because I don't like working at night with harsh white light in my eyes. Ordered red bulbs for another car. You can choose the color you like (any 1 of 7). These lamps appear to be well made, with cooling fins on the back. They should dissipate heat well, which should (hopefully) increase their durability. I installed them in October 2020. I will keep you up-to-date. While they don't last very long, they were cheap compared to retail/auto parts store prices, which is nice too. Durability is particularly important where light bulbs are difficult to access or where the housing is made of old and brittle plastic. Frequent replacement in such situations can damage the lamp housing(s).
