I ordered 4 of these backpacks for my co-workers. At first they look beautiful, black, modern, smooth. But I've only used mine a couple of times and one of the shoulder straps is coming loose from part of the bag where it attaches to the top of the bag. I carry my laptop and some papers on average - nothing heavy. They only gave a short return window (1 month I think) and I doubt this bag will last much longer than another month. If anyone from the company sees this I would appreciate a replacement (assuming it is a one off faulty product) as I can't find any other way to contact them.
