I bought this pencil based on the good reviews here and elsewhere. I'm a makeup lover. I buy more expensive than in the pharmacy, but I just buy a lot of cosmetics. I have tried so many eyebrow products. There are more bad than good. I really appreciate this pen. I was surprised to be honest. I never have high hopes when trying a new brow product. This pen is softer. But not too soft or soft in a bad way. It's easy to make perfect strokes. It's not cloudy. It's thin, so it's easy to get excellent resolution. Thinness was not an issue in relation to breakage. I had no problems with hacking. I like it better than Anastasia or Benefit (and I really like Benefit pencils). The spool is good, it seems to last as long as a pencil. (Some of the coils are substandard - I'm looking at you Anastasia.) I have medium brown hair and bought it from Soft Brown. For me this is a very good colour. I think you can try warm brown. I was afraid "Warm Brown" might be too red; Soft brown is definitely neutral - it's not ash or anything, but I'd like to see what a warm brown might look like. As far as durability goes, I would rate it very highly. Nothing lasts as long as I want, but it's better than most. I still prefer to finish my makeup with long-lasting brow gel when I have to work all day. I usually apply my makeup for 12-14 hours. This is to be expected with any brow makeup.
