I have been using the first generation M235 for 4 years now. Intensive use 8 hours 5 days a week (I work as a developer in a large company). The mouse has survived 3 laptops, working in the cold, high humidity, several drops from the hands on the laminate. While it works. After 2 years of operation, the anti-slip stickers peeled off, a year later I began to notice that the PCM slightly “sank” and the paintwork had a little more travel. It is imperceptible to the eye, it is felt only when pressed. Despite this, PCM works 1000 times out of 1000. I change the battery every half a year. Feels very comfortable in the hand, the size is perfect for a laptop - not tiny, but not a brick either. It practically does not take up space in a laptop bag, but the wrist does not get tired either. Ideal for office work IMHO. For games, sensitivity is probably important, I can’t judge. The other day I bought a spare of the same, but red (on a promotional basis), used it for one evening and realized that the red color "cuts my eye" personally, distracts attention. Maybe I'll get used to it, but for now I decided to give it to my wife.
