They fit very well. I'm 22 but I usually walk in smaller strides (only 5ft 4in). I wear these glasses regularly, I will also wear them outside. They have a yellow tint but are not. Poorly. One thing I don't care about is that they can't be cleaned with a regular lens cloth, the one provided does the job well. The case also has a nice silicone feel. would definitely recommend them to anyone who is constantly staring at any type of screen.
